Municipal Mayor Topi Mamauag, Chairman of the Municipal Anti Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), received a NATIONAL AWARD and will receive today a REGIONAL AWARD from the DILG for leading the MADAC as Highly Functional.

CONGRATULATIONS to all Cabaguenos! Mayor Topi receives the award in behalf of the people of Cabagan specially with the Anti-Drug Abuse Council for making Cabagan a DRUG-Free Municipality. It is everyone’s dream to live in a place where there is peace and it is only possible if we all work together. Mayor Topi thanks everyone for making Cabagan a peaceful place.
