Another innovation from Mayor Topi Mamauag’s Sustainable Education Program – Books On Wheels. This project is to promote literacy by providing books to pre-school through Grade 12 children. We thank our partners Synergeia and LINKS through Ms. Ningning Doble for making this project more meaningful to Cabagueños.We are excited to roll these books to far flung barangays!
