

January 31, 2022, The Department of Trade and Industry Isabela through the Junior Business Counselor of Negosyo Center of Cabagan, Ms. Kathleen Pintucan in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Cabagan headed by the Local Chief Executive, Atty. Christopher “Topi” A. Mamauag and Vice Mayor, Hon. Lovier V. Masigan awarded the livelihood kits to 5 Carinderia Owners and 7 Sari-Sari Store Owners through the Livelihood Seeding Program – Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB).Each carinderia set includes 3 boxes of condiments, 1 gallon of cooking oil, 4 food warmers, 1 double burner gas stove, and an 11kg LPG tank with hose and regulator. And each Sari-Sari Store Set consists of 4 sacks of 25kg of rice and a digital weighing scale.This Livelihood Assistance will enable Carinderia and Sari-Sari Store owners to sustain their livelihoods despite the threats of pandemic to food service businesses.
