Mayor Topi Mamauag, Vice Mayor Lovier V. Masigan and the Members of the 10th Sangguniang Bayan met with Tricycle Operators and Drivers this afternoon to discuss the Pantawid Pasada Program. This program is a fuel subsidy to tricycle drivers amidst the rising fuel prices.
