The Local Government Unit of Cabagan through the Municipal Agriculture Office distributed tilapia fingerlings for backyard fishpond as alternative income source of Cabagueño fisherfolks.Focal Person for Fisheries Mr. Venancio Fugaban led the distribution. Helping fisherfolks to help themselves is a continuing program under the leadership of Mayor Topi Mamauag and is currently supervised by EnP. Reynold M. Gumiran.
