Pansi Cabagan is a noodle dish introduced by a Chinese trader popularly known as Diang-ga during the 19th century. It is one of Cabagan’s culinary pride, a must-try in their hometown. The Cabagueños value it as part of their heritage, and so they have created an annual Pansi Festival every January.
